Whether you are carrying out work yourself and are stuck or if you are unsure and would like a second opinion, we can help!
You can ask questions in categories relating to bodywork repairs, welding, tyres, exhausts, diagnostics, electronics and electrical testing, to buying and selling vehicles. For example, you may want a second opinion or just a guide as to what questions to ask a seller.
To celebrate our appearace on the BBC 2 Dragons' Den TV show, we are giving all of our customers, old and new, the option of paying a one-off fee of £5.00, which will give you unlimited answers, for one month from the date of originating question, subject to our Fair Use Policy.

Online (available now) Our simple to use Online Help Desk allows you to submit questions via email, using a simple ticket system and receive answers from one of our experts through your personal Help Desk area.

Within your personal Help Desk area you will be able to see all of your open and closed tickets, along with all your questions and answers.
Types of questions asked can include how to work out where to look, if your car won't start; how to interpret diagnostic results; what sort of questions to ask when buying a car privately or from a dealer; how to properly value a vehicle.
You can scan us a copy of a bill or an estimate for a second opinion.

On the Phone (available mid-November)
Mainly for emergency or more urgent situations, this service will offer a live access to an experienced adviser. More information will be available on the website and through the Newsletter, if you opt to receive this, which we hope you will. It will be helpful for you to have as much as possible of the following information ready - Make, Model, Registration number, Mileage, Year. We will also ask how long you have owned the vehicle and any history you know about it and the problem you are trying to solve.
You can submit this information through the ticket/credit system and quote us the ticket number when you call for faster retrieval of necessary information and quicker responses.
You will be put through to a relevant expert who can answer your questions as quickly and precisely as possible.
You may wish to keep a pen and paper to hand to write down anything we tell you that is unfamiliar, but that you may wish to refer to later, or you can give us a mobile number to text information to or an email address for the same purpose.
We will do out utmost to keep the call as short as possible. Maximum call charge is £30, after which we would call you back free-of-charge.
Most calls are dealt with in around 10 minutes, which would cost £15.00 on top of your own call charge.
All calls are charged at £1.50 per minute, (plus your normal phone call charge from your network provider) and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
