How does the email option work?

You pay just £5.00 to ask your originating question. All answers and questions from us and replies to our questions and anwers are included in that original charge of £5.00. There is NO FURTHER CHARGE, unless you ask a different question, relating to a different aspect, or a different car, or a different problem. We will ensure that you happy with the answers to your originating question, so that you can close the question. Should any further questions arise as a result of our answers, the question can be re-opened at no extra cost. We want you to be confident with our service, so that you will use us again and refer us to your friends and family.
Can I see example questions?

1. Car radio switches off and then comes back on when closing drivers door and it loses all station memories, which I have to reset...2. Car turns over very quickly, but is hard to start up. Once started it is fine the rest of the day...3. Car has a noise from the front right hand side wheel...4. Paintwork has gone dull and no amount of polishing seems to make it shine for any length of time...5. I can hear a sort of scraping noise from the wheels, (I think) which goes when I use the brakes or when I drive round a corner...6. My heated rear window does not work properly. The light on the dash lights up but it does not clear the screen very quickly like it used to...7. My speedometer has stopped working...8. I am going to look at a second-hand car for my daughter. What are the sorts of questions I should ask and what are the sorts of replies I should expect to hear? Can I phone you when I get to the car, if I am happy with the replies to your questions?
How can you answer a question in a single answer?

Not all questions can be answered with a single answer, but examples include Can you give me a second opinion on this bill/estimate/quote? Can you give me your opinion on a car I am buying? (You would include all details) I have filled up my car with diesel instead of petrol. What should I do next? How do I know that what you are telling me is reliable?

What is the "Dragons' Den" £5 offer deal?

Until mid-October 2006, when the premium rate telephone line system goes "live" you can buy as many £5 ticket/vouchers, which can be used at any time in the next six months and will receive as many answers as is necessary to "close" your original question, subject to our Terms and Conditions and our Fair Use Policy.
